As a Parts Coordinator, you will manage parts ordering, receiving, storage, dispatching, and returns for each repair order. The position requires automotive parts experience, attention to detail, organization, and knowledge of vehicle repair practices. You will verify received parts against quality and production schedules while supporting operational excellence and positive NPS results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and receive parts from vendors on schedule
- Enter parts invoices into the Information System
- Label, track, organize, and dispatch parts
- Manage returns and confirm received credits
- Maintain an organized parts area and update price changes
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- One to three-plus years working with automotive parts
- Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar systems
- Robust Google platform knowledge and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift over 50 pounds
