Operate critical healthcare facilities in Toronto with Equans, applying HVAC troubleshooting and building systems expertise across rotational shifts. Support protected, efficient 24/7 operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Building Operator maintains architectural, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. The position includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, BAS monitoring, regulatory compliance, and emergency response. Success requires independent judgment, technical acumen, and workload prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot boilers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and controls
- Execute planned preventive and predictive maintenance tasks
- Monitor equipment through the Building Automation System
- Record inspections, readings,



and irregularities in required systems
- Respond to emergencies, work orders, and occupant concerns

Requirements:

- Minimum five years operating complex building systems
- Minimum five years’ relevant industrial or office building experience
- Building Environmental System Class I and II certification
- Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, drawings, and schematics
- Authorization to work in Canada and high school diploma
