Drive wedding sales and client relationships for Corner Collection in Old Montreal, managing events across Hôtel Nelligan and Hôtel Place d’Armes.

As Wedding & Social Events Manager, you will own the complete event lifecycle across two boutique hotels. You will guide inquiries, conversions, planning, delivery, and follow-up while balancing revenue performance with guest experience. The role requires negotiation, pipeline management, hospitality systems, and bilingual French-English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage weddings and social events from inquiry through post-event follow-up
- Develop pipelines and improve conversion across varying event sizes
- Lead site visits, presentations, proposals, and client interactions
- Build relationships with planners, clients,



and referral partners
- Coordinate timelines, menus, setups, requests, BEOs, and documentation

Requirements:

- Three to five years of event sales experience or more
- Strong exposure to weddings and social events
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Opera, OSEM, or equivalent systems
- Fluency in French and English with adaptable availability
