Dexian seeks detail-oriented analysts for Segregation, Trade Inputs, and Settlements within a financial services setting. You will process trade-related requests, maintain bookkeeping records, coordinate share movements, and support settlement activities. The six-month contract may allow extension or conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily Segregation, Trade Inputs, and Settlements operations
- Verify requests against relevant bookkeeping records
- Monitor depository records and outstanding share deliveries
- Coordinate extensions and confirm expected share receipt dates
- Prepare settlement and share movement reports
Requirements:
- Administrative, financial operations, or transaction processing experience
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry and recordkeeping experience
- Ability to meet deadlines while processing high information volumes
