This full time position applies RBC Credit Management & Recoveries methodologies to assess maximum recovery potential. You will analyze client information, provide repayment options, and recommend litigation or third-party collection agencies. The role requires frequent communication with RBC partners and employees across Canada and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound and receive incoming client calls
- Assess recovery potential from available client information
- Provide repayment options through effective negotiation
- Recommend litigation or third-party collection agencies
- Mitigate operational risk while resolving client issues
Requirements:
- Two or more years of Recoveries or Collections experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proven negotiation, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Availability for stated weekday, monthly Saturday, and weekly late shifts
