Support seniors with daily living, hygiene, and compassionate care as a Health Care Aide at Fort Saskatchewan Care Community in Alberta.

Reporting to a Wellness Manager, you will support residents within Sienna’s Long Term Care team. You will build relationships with residents and families while supporting individual care plans, communication, mobility, and well-being. Your work helps residents live fully with comfort, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and assist residents with daily activities
- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming needs
- Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and mobility devices
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and oral care
- Encourage participation in individual and group programs

Requirements:

- Completed Health Care Aide program from an approved college
- Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors
- Proficiency in easy treatment procedures and bedside care
- Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
