Lead clinical operations at Granite Ridge Community as Associate Director of Care, guiding nursing teams and delivering person-centered resident care. This is a permanent full-time position.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will help the home operate efficiently while supporting residents’ health, safety, and well-being. The position emphasizes clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will guide care planning and support nursing professionals across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Develop individualized care plans with healthcare professionals
- Monitor care quality and implement evidence-based practices
- Train, supervise, and evaluate RN, RPN, and PSW staff




- Coordinate inspections, audits, surveys, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent post-diploma education
- Current registration in positive standing with the College of Nurses
- Minimum one year nursing experience in Long-Term Care
- Two to three years’ managerial or supervisory nursing experience
- Eligibility to work in Canada and required background checks
