We’re Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Associate Blended Theory Barbershop | Caledon East, Ontario Full-Time | Competitive pay Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Hours: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Blended Theory Barbershop is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and organized person to help create a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors. As part of our front desk team, you’ll play an important role in keeping the shop running smoothly, supporting our barbers, and making sure clients feel taken care of from arrival to checkout. Our shop is built on Excellence, Community, and Professionalism, and we’re looking for someone who brings those values to their work every day. What you’ll do
- Welcome and greet clients: Create a friendly atmosphere, check clients in, and help them feel comfortable while they wait.
- Keep the front of the shop clean: Maintain a tidy, organized reception area, waiting area, and product display throughout the day.
- Cash out clients: Process payments accurately, review services and product purchases, and provide a smooth checkout experience.
- Recommend and sell products: Learn about our haircare and styling products so you can confidently help clients choose products suited to their needs.




- Rebook appointments: Encourage clients to schedule their next visit before leaving and carefully confirm booking details. Who we’re looking for
