Data Entry Clerk – Work Order Processing Saini Logistics Solutions (SLS)

In person About the Position Saini Logistics Solutions is looking for a dependable, organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our office team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving customer work order requests and accurately entering the information into our AFM operating system to create work orders. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working with computers, processing information and maintaining accurate records in a transportation and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review incoming customer work order requests.
- Enter customer and order information accurately into the AFM system.
- Create work orders based on the information provided.
- Verify entered information for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing, incorrect or unclear information.
- Follow up internally when additional information or clarification is required.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
- Process incoming work order requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding work order information when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information. Qualifications & Skills
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with computer-based systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.




- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills. Experience Considered a Strong Asset
- Previous data entry or administrative experience.
- Previous experience working in a transportation, trucking or logistics company.
- Experience processing customer work orders, delivery requests or transportation orders.
- Familiarity with logistics documentation and transportation operations.
- Experience using order-entry or business management software. Experience with AFM is not required. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
