HARMERSTONE IS HIRING We’re looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our winter crew Help keep residential and commercial properties safe and accessible through shovelling, salting, and operating snow removal equipment. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ✅ Valid G-class driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract required ✅ Reliable transportation to and from our snow yard is a must — shifts may start late at night or early in the morning ✅ Availability to work on call, typically with 8–10 hours’ notice before a shift ✅ Punctuality and a willingness to help load trailers, machines, snow blowers, and fuel at the yard ✅ Basic experience with shovelling, salting,
and snow blowers — Ventrac experience is an asset ✅ A reliable phone to clock in and out ✅ Ability to handle physically demanding outdoor work and long shifts of 12+ hours ✅ A positive attitude and a commitment to working safely as part of a team ✅ Your own winterized boots — shovels and gloves provided WHY JOIN HARMERSTONE?
