CABOUT ELECTRICAL ELITE Electrical Elite is a licensed electrical contractor (ESA/ECRA #7012692) serving Simcoe County, Muskoka and GTA-North. We install home standby generators, panel and service upgrades, aluminum wiring remediation, outdoor lighting and more. Our phones are busy and our leads are robust. We need a closer on the other end of the line. THE ROLE This is not a receptionist job. This is a sales role. You are the first voice our homeowners hear, and your job is to turn that call into a booked, qualified sale. You'll handle inbound calls and web leads, follow up fast, qualify each project and set the next step. Many of these are generator projects in the $15,000–$25,000 range.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Answer inbound calls and respond to new web and social leads quickly, the same day as a rule
- Follow up on open opportunities by phone, text and email until there's a transparent yes or no
- Qualify homeowners: what they need, their budget, timeline and site details
- Give homeowners budget pricing ranges with confidence
- Guide homeowners through sending photos and videos of their home, panel and meter so we can quote without a site visit
- Book discovery calls and appointments into the calendar
- Keep every lead and conversation up to date in our CRM and in Jobber
- Hit weekly targets for contact rate,



booking rate and appointments set WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a sales, inside sales or appointment-setting role, ideally in home services or the trades
- Someone who likes the phone and is energized by a full pipeline, not drained by it
- Clear, warm, confident communication. Homeowners should trust you within 30 seconds.
- A strong follow-up habit: you don't let leads go cold
- Comfortable with CRMs and learning new software. Jobber or GoHighLevel experience is a bonus.
- A reliable home office: quiet space, high-speed internet, and a computer with a headset
- Available Monday–Friday during Eastern Time business hours
