Job Summary The Medical Clinic MOA supports smooth daily clinic operations by welcoming patients, coordinating front-desk activities, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records. This role combines attentive service with organized administrative support, helping patients navigate their visits and enabling colleagues to focus on timely care. Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, manage check-in and check-out, and provide transparent, courteous assistance throughout their visit.
- Coordinate appointments, update patient information, and maintain accurate records in electronic medical record systems (Healthquest/ Microquest).
- Answer and direct calls using multi-line phone systems, relay messages, and support clinic communications.
- Assist with administrative tasks, organize documentation,



and help keep front-desk workflows running smoothly as well as taking vital sign of patients.
- Your impact: Accurate records and clear communication help colleagues coordinate patient visits efficiently. Skills Required: Clear communication, organization, accuracy, basic computer skills, and a patient-focused approach support front-desk service, recordkeeping, and administrative duties. Preferred: Experience in a medical receptionist or other office work, and familiarity with medical terminology, electronic medical records, Healthquest and multi-line phone systems can help you contribute confidently. Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
