NOW HIRING – CLASS 1 DRIVERS Advantage North Services Ltd. Advantage North Services is a full-service civil and oilfield construction contractor offering a wide range of services, from large-scale construction projects to emergency access matting solutions. Servicing Alberta and Northern BC, Advantage North is a growing organization with locations in Manning and Grande Prairie. We are currently looking for experienced Class 1 drivers to join our team, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience hauling heavy equipment and gravel. Responsibilities
- Safely haul heavy equipment, gravel, and other materials to and from worksites.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Complete required pre-trip inspections, logbooks, and other documentation.
- Perform general vehicle maintenance and report mechanical concerns.
- Operate in accordance with applicable legislation, company policies, and safety standards.
- Communicate regularly with Advantage North Dispatch.
- Be available to work out of town and extended hours as required. Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.




- Experience hauling heavy equipment and gravel is strongly preferred.
- Experience operating tractor-trailer combinations, including equipment trailers and gravel trucks.
- Previous trucking experience in the oil and gas or civil construction industry.
- Current Standard First Aid and H2S certificates (training may be provided to the right candidate).
- Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Additional Information
