Qualifications
- 5+ years of bakery experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Experience in a supermarket bakery, commercial bakery, or high-volume food production setting.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production, ingredients, food preparation, and product presentation.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and waste control.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate employees.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and allergen management. Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
