- Operate the POS, process cash and other transactions accurately
- Operate Lottery Terminal, process customer lottery correctly and efficiently
- Assist customers with purchases
- Use appropriate upselling to meet customer needs.
- Maintain organized, appealing merchandise displays; manage time effectively and use skilled phone etiquette.
