Job Title: Carpenter Company: LTS Investment Saint John

About the Role
LTS Investments is seeking a reliable and skilled, experienced Carpenter with robust residential and/or commercial construction skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for framing, drywall installation and finishing, flooring installation, siding work, and interpreting blueprints to deliver high-quality workmanship on a variety of building projects.

Responsibilities:

- Construct, frame, and install structural and non-structural walls
- Install drywall, including mudding, taping, and crack filling to a smooth finish
- Install various types of flooring (e.g., laminate, hardwood, tile, vinyl)
- Install exterior siding materials, including vinyl and wood
- Read and interpret building blueprints and project specifications
- Operate and maintain a full range of carpentry hand and power tools safely
- Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Assist with other construction activities as required

Qualifications:

- 15
- 20 years of carpentry experience required
- Proven ability to perform framing, drywall finishing, Mudding, Tapping, Painting, woodworking, and flooring installation
- Strong proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings/blueprints




- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks
- Experience using hand tools, woodworking tools, and power tools
