We bring comprehensive rehabilitation and therapeutic services directly to our clients' homes, ensuring tailored, one-on-one treatments that support recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, autonomous, and registered In-Home Chiropractor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a practitioner looking to supplement their existing clinical caseload with flexible, part-time hours. You will deliver personalized chiropractic care directly in clients' residences, catering to individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, or seeking home-based preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

- In-Home Patient Assessments: Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, health histories, and diagnostic evaluations in home settings.
- Custom Treatment Plans: Develop and execute individualized evidence-based care plans, including spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and corrective exercise prescriptions.
- Documentation & EMR Maintenance: Maintain accurate, timely clinical records (SOAP notes, treatment plans, and progress tracking)

Educate patients and families on ergonomics, posture, mobility exercises, and home care strategies.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care with our broader health team and third-party stakeholders (e.g., insurers or case managers) when required. Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution and active registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (e.g., CCO).
- Liability Insurance: Proof of active skilled liability insurance coverage.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits.
- Equipment: Portable treatment table and standard mobile clinical supplies.
