Overview Under new Ownership As a Server, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive service throughout their visit. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep service organized and help guests enjoy a smooth, comfortable dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer menu questions, take accurate orders, and communicate requests to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, check guest satisfaction, and respond courteously to questions or concerns.
- Use POS or Micros POS systems to process orders and payments, handle cash, and complete basic calculations.
- Support food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices while keeping service areas clean and organized. Skills Required: Strong customer service, time management, basic math,



and transparent communication help you manage orders, payments, and guest needs accurately. Food handling, food safety, and sanitation awareness support clean, careful service and effective coordination with kitchen colleagues. Your impact: Attentive serving helps guests feel welcomed and keeps the team informed. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, hospitality, or guest services experience; familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, upselling, and POS systems, including Micros POS, is an advantage.
