Overview The Supervisor A&w; guides daily restaurant operations, supports the team, and helps deliver welcoming, efficient service. This hands-on role brings together customer care, food preparation, and team coordination. Responsibilities
- Supervise team members during service, coordinate tasks, and support consistent, courteous customer service.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, serving, and safe food handling while following food safety practices.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, and handle transactions accurately, including cash.
- Support interviewing and team management, and help maintain smooth kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Your impact: Clear direction helps colleagues work together and gives customers a dependable dining experience. Requirements Required: Practical leadership, communication, customer service,



food handling, and food safety capabilities support safe service, accurate POS and cash handling, and effective team supervision. Preferred: Supervising experience, food service or restaurant experience, and strengths in cooking, kitchen work, restaurant management, interviewing, serving, hospitality, bartending, or barista work are advantageous; hotel experience and familiarity with the food industry can also support success in this role. Pay: $19.10-$20.50 per hour
