TOUR PLANNER Do you love turning travel ideas into thoughtfully planned, tailor-made journeys? We are recruiting on behalf of an established Canadian tour operator specializing in customized international travel. This is an exciting chance for an organized, detail-oriented travel professional to create itineraries across Europe, Asia and/or Africa.

Location:
Toronto, Ontario — in-office or hybrid Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

About the role
Working closely with Travel Consultants and international partners, you will:
• Design customized FIT itineraries based on client interests, budgets and travel requirements.
• Research hotels, transportation, excursions and unique experiences.
• Prepare accurate quotations, calculate costs and maintain appropriate profit margins.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, hotels and destination management companies.
• Manage reservations, confirmations,



payment deadlines and travel documentation.
• Ensure every itinerary is accurate, complete and carefully organized. What you bring
• Travel industry experience, preferably in tour operations, FIT planning or itinerary development.
• Experience with travel quotations, costing, pricing and currency conversions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• TICO certification.
