705 HVAC Ltd. is looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Helper to join our growing team. We provide residential and commercial HVAC services throughout Barrie and Simcoe County. We are looking for someone eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and grow within the HVAC industry. Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and other HVAC equipment.
- Help with ductwork installation, modifications, and general sheet metal work.
- Assist with handling tools, equipment, and materials on job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Follow instructions and assist technicians with daily service and installation tasks.
- Provide professional and courteous service at customer locations. Requirements
- Valid G3 Gas Technician certification.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and gas appliances.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation.




- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing hands-on work and lifting equipment.
