As a Restaurant Server, you will be an integral part of our dining experience, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your primary role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction are essential for success in this role. Availability: Full-Time Schedule: 5 Days a week | Expected schedule is Sunday to Thursday Shift Time: 5pm to 11:30pm | Occasional early start from 2:30pm onwards Shift times and availability may vary depending on operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and input them into the POS system.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Check in with guests regularly to refill drinks, clear plates, and offer dessert or additional items.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue.




- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining workplace.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning up the dining area,
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items preferred.
- Serving it Right certification required.
- Food Safe Certification required.
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. The F&B; team demonstrates a daily commitment to excellence by providing professional and memorable experiences that put people first.
