- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process customer transactions efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, food prep stations, and seating spaces
- Assist in food preparation tasks including assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards are maintained at all times Skills
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with serving beverages in a food industry setting is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
- Proficiency in operating POS systems such as Micros POS for quick and accurate transactions

- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing register totals accurately
