We're Hiring: Senior Product Designer 12-Month Contract | Toronto | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite) The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with robust interaction and visual design skills to help shape a leading consumer-facing loyalty and rewards platform . You'll work on engaging digital experiences across web and mobile , from early concepts and user journeys to polished, development-ready designs. ⭐ Important: Direct product design experience in retail, ecommerce, or loyalty/rewards is REQUIRED for this role.

What You'll Do
? Design intuitive, visually engaging experiences across responsive web and native mobile apps ? Own the end-to-end design process, from concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes ? Create seamless experiences for offers, rewards, redemptions, and ecommerce journeys ? Work with Figma and established design systems to deliver consistent, accessible designs ? Collaborate with product managers, researchers, developers, and marketing teams ? Present your work and confidently explain design decisions What We're Looking For ✅ MUST HAVE: Direct experience designing digital products in retail, ecommerce,



or loyalty/rewards ✅ 7+ years of product design experience (or 10+ years combining interaction and visual design) ✅ Strong UX/UI and visual design skills , with a portfolio demonstrating both ✅ Experience designing for native mobile apps AND responsive web ✅ Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping and design systems ✅ Understanding of accessibility, user journeys, and interaction design ✅ Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams ✅ Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Why Join?
