We are an established pub in the Downtown core that caters food with a southern flair. We make the majority of our items including sauces in house and with lots of attention to detail. We believe anyone can cook and plate food; however, we are looking for someone who has the passion and skill to elevate all of our dishes even during peak rushes. Your primary duties at night will be, but not limited to the following:
- Execute tickets on the line in a timely manner
- Participate in filling par lists
- Helping with prep that day shift could not complete
- Clean and restock the line for the day shift
- Do your share of the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning
- Create any weekday specials to use up excess stock
- Working with your team to ensure everything gets done We have built a very solid team environment where everyone has each other's back and have fun working and staying positive.
