JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, the Grotto Spa Server plays a unique blended role supporting both Food & Beverage and Spa Operations. This position is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through attentive, polished, and personalized service while supporting the relaxing atmosphere of the Grotto Spa. Whether serving guests on the Spa Patio, Oasis, or Spa Lounge, successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the elevated standards that define the Grotto Spa experience. - Deliver exceptional food and beverage service throughout the Spa Patio, Oasis, and Spa Lounge while creating welcoming and personalized guest experiences.
- Accurately take orders, process payments, prepare beverages, assist with food running, and maintain knowledge of menus, daily features, and beverage offerings.
- Support daily Spa operations, including cool towel service, sandal rotation, sauna upkeep, cold plunge maintenance, and cleaning, resetting, or turning over guest areas as required.
- Maintain water stations, service areas, and guest amenities while anticipating guest needs and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Spa, and Service teams to provide seamless guest experiences and respond professionally to guest concerns.
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties while consistently following food safety, liquor service, health, workplace safety, and Tigh-Na-Mara service standards. QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Valid Serving It Right certification required; previous serving experience in a restaurant, resort, spa,



or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Passion for hospitality with a professional, positive, and team-oriented approach to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated dining service standards considered an asset.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and maintaining high food service and guest-facing standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour plus gratuities
