The Parkway Retirement Community is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team This position is responsible for managing all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, ordering product and supplies, supervising/training kitchen staff and acting as the Food Service Manager's designate in his absence. A minimum of 2-5 years cooking experience in a fine dining room environment and formal culinary training is required. Red Seal certification would be highly regarded.
