We're looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team and play an important role in both product development and manufacturing improvements. Key Responsibilities
Product Design & Development
- Design and develop new products from concept through production.
- Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Perform engineering calculations and structural analysis.
- Develop prototypes and support product testing and validation.
- Improve existing products for strength, performance, functionality, and cost.
- Work closely with purchasing, production, and sales throughout product development. Manufacturing Engineering
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Design welding fixtures, tooling, and production equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and manufacturing costs.
- Support the introduction of new products into production.
- Collaborate directly with production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.




- Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience or familiarity with SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar CAD software.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
- Interest in steel fabrication, welding, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
