NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME BILINGUAL PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE Bradley Pharmacy – Sudbury, Ontario Bradley Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team We are a family-owned pharmacy that takes pride in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a busy retail environment, and can communicate confidently in both English and French. POSITION DETAILS Full-Time – 37.5 Hours Per Week Regular Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Operate the cash register and process customer purchases.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with questions and product inquiries.
- Perform general retail floor duties, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
- Carry and move products between upstairs and downstairs areas of the store.
- Sell lottery tickets and assist customers with lottery inquiries.
- Process Ministry of Health billing for eligible ODSP clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized,
and welcoming store environment.
- Assist with other general pharmacy and retail duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Fluent in both English and French. Speaking and understanding French is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Comfortable working in a busy team environment.
- Solid attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Comfortable with physical duties, including standing for extended periods and carrying products up and down stairs.
