We are currently seeking passionate, caring, and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing team. If you have a genuine passion for helping others, value dignity and respect, and want to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you Position Overview As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, respectful, and client-centred care to individuals in their homes and communities. You will play an important role in supporting clients' daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when required.
- Perform light housekeeping and homemaking duties.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental well-being.
- Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures.
- Maintain client confidentiality, dignity,



and independence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team. Qualifications and Requirements
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or relevant caregiving experience.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Updated immunization records, including TB clearance as required.
- Proof of current COVID-19 and influenza vaccination, in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A caring, compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude. Additional Asset: Knowledge of a second language, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, or French, is an asset.
