SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program Manager Company: Solvtech System

15+ years in IT delivery, including 8+ years managing SAP programs Job Overview Solvtech System is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition projects, often under RISE with SAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, risk management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting. The role involves managing multiple workstreams and leading blended onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful implementation and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Governance: Establish program governance, steering committees, PMO standards, and integrated master plans.
- Program Delivery: Lead SAP programs through all SAP Activate phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
- Budget Management: Manage multi-million-dollar program budgets, forecasts, change requests, and statements of work.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with system integrators, SAP (RISE/ECS), hyperscalers, and third-party vendors to ensure contractual compliance and service-level performance.
- Workstream Coordination: Oversee functional, technical, data migration, testing, security, change management, and training workstreams.
- Risk Management: Maintain RAID logs, proactively resolve issues, and escalate critical decisions to executive sponsors.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate program progress to C-level executives and board stakeholders while aligning business and IT priorities.
- Cut-over and Go-Live: Own go-live readiness criteria, cut-over planning, and the transition to hypercare support.




- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and team leads across onshore and offshore teams. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT delivery experience, including 8+ years managing SAP programs.
- Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs as a Program Manager or Delivery Lead.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and teams of 30–100+ people.
- Robust knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery.
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
- Experience with RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP programs.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, retail, or the Canadian public sector.
- French language proficiency is an advantage, particularly for Québec and federal clients. Technical Skills

- 100% remote; candidates must reside in Canada.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Full-time commitment of approximately 37.5–40 hours per week, with overlap with Eastern and Mountain Time business hours.
- Government of Canada Reliability Status, or the ability to obtain it, is an asset for public-sector clients. Pay: $86,200.00-$190,000.00 per year Work
