Full-time Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour + performance-based bonus after three months Job Overview Wisteria Industries Inc. is seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / Installer with a minimum of one year of hands-on kitchen cabinet manufacturing, assembly, or installation experience. We specialize in custom cabinetry, commercial architectural millwork, fabrication, and installation. We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, follow instructions carefully, work safely, and demonstrate responsibility and professionalism. This is not an entry-level position. Previous kitchen cabinetry experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, measurements, and written instructions.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install kitchen cabinets, custom cabinetry, and architectural millwork.
- Operate woodworking tools and shop machinery safely.
- Work with plywood, MDF, melamine, laminate, and cabinet hardware.
- Verify measurements, installation locations, and materials before beginning work.
- Maintain accurate, consistent, high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate discrepancies, mistakes, or concerns promptly.
- Follow workplace safety and company procedures.
- Complete assigned work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Maintain proper shop and jobsite cleanup.
- Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and supervisors. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of hands-on kitchen cabinetry experience — mandatory.
- Knowledge of cabinet construction, assembly, or installation.
- Experience using woodworking tools and equipment.
- Ability to read measurements and understand cabinet drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and good work habits.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and quality workmanship. General construction or handyman experience alone does not satisfy the kitchen cabinetry experience requirement. Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial architectural millwork experience.
- CNC machinery and edgebanding experience.




- Familiarity with Blum or similar cabinet hardware.
- Professional cabinet installation experience.

- Extended Shifts: Occasionally, project deadlines, installations, or production requirements may require additional hours, with shifts extending up to 12

- Scheduling Flexibility: Employees may decline occasional requests to extend their regular shift. However, candidates who can reasonably accommodate extended shifts when needed are preferred.

Requirements:
Consistent availability for occasional longer shifts is valued. Where an employee's availability repeatedly conflicts with essential operational requirements, management may discuss scheduling alternatives and the ongoing suitability of the arrangement, subject to applicable employment and human rights laws.
- Weekly Hours: The company normally commits to a minimum of 32

- Exceptional Circumstances: Hours may be reduced during significant economic slowdowns, major reductions in available projects, or genuine operational disruptions, subject to applicable employment laws and contractual obligations.
- Overtime: Employees will work under a written averaging agreement where applicable. All overtime will be compensated in accordance with B.
C. employment standards and the company's overtime commitments, including applicable time-and-a-half and double-time rates. Management will provide reasonable advance notice of extended shifts whenever practicable. Compensation & Performance Bonus Guaranteed Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour Performance-Based Bonus: Eligibility begins after the first three months of employment. Following the initial three-month period,



eligible employees can earn additional compensation through a performance-based bonus assessed during each regular pay period. The bonus is intended to be achievable by employees who consistently meet established workplace expectations. Performance criteria include:
- Punctuality & Reliability: Arriving on time, being prepared, and maintaining dependable attendance.
- Following Instructions: Completing assigned work according to approved drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
- Quality Workmanship: Producing accurate work, checking measurements, and minimizing preventable errors and rework.
- Workplace Safety: Following safety procedures and operating machinery responsibly.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintaining professionalism, communicating respectfully, and earning clients' trust through dependable workmanship.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Keeping the shop and job sites clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Accountability & Teamwork: Reporting concerns promptly, taking responsibility for assigned work, and cooperating with colleagues.
- Productivity: Completing tasks efficiently without compromising safety or quality. Bonus eligibility and scoring will be based on written criteria communicated in advance, with appropriate consideration for protected absences and workplace rights. The base wage is guaranteed for all hours worked, and earned performance bonuses are paid each regular pay period. The detailed bonus structure will be provided to eligible employees in writing.
