Permanent, Full-Time Pay: $40–$50 per hour (based on experience and skill level) Travel Allowance: $0.25 per km for eligible work-related travel during the workday Work Locations: Mississauga, Hamilton, Kitchener, and Burlington, Ontario About the Position CREM Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Construction Worker to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. We are looking for a skilled, hands-on individual with strong residential construction experience, excellent power tool knowledge, and the ability to independently complete various construction, renovation, and finishing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform wood framing and general carpentry work.
- Install interior doors, door hardware, trim, and mouldings.
- Complete interior painting and finishing work.
- Install various flooring materials.
- Perform ceramic tile installation.
- Complete basic plumbing finishing work, including faucets, fixtures, and related installations.
- Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
- Assist with material purchasing, pickups, and deliveries as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment.
- Complete assigned tasks according to project specifications and timelines. Qualifications and Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience using power tools.




- Proven experience in residential construction and renovations.
- Practical knowledge of carpentry, framing, flooring, painting, and tile installation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Mississauga, Hamilton, Kitchener, and Burlington.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Compensation and Employment Terms
- Hourly Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Travel Allowance: $0.25 per kilometre for eligible work-related travel during the workday, including material pickups, deliveries, and purchasing trips.
- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time.
- Payroll: All wages will be processed through formal company payroll, with applicable statutory deductions, including income tax, CPP, and EI. Please note that this is a formal employee position. Cash-based or off-the-books payment arrangements are not available.
