Job Summary Lead day-to-day store operations, guide a customer-focused team, and support strong retail sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and service. Coordinate staffing and store resources while maintaining organized, accurate operational practices. Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop team members through recruiting, interviewing, training, and clear communication; coordinate schedules and payroll.
- Oversee customer service, cashiering, POS processes, and cash handling, resolving concerns professionally and supporting consistent service.
- Manage merchandising, purchasing, pricing, marketing, and sales activities; monitor budgets and organize administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
- Use negotiation, time management, math, and organizational skills to coordinate priorities and support smooth store operations. Your impact:

Requirements Required: Practical leadership, communication, customer service, cash-handling, POS, and organizational capabilities to supervise staff and coordinate daily retail operations.
