Pay: Starting at $18.00–$20.00/hour plus KPI-based commission The Role: We are looking for a sharp, phone-savvy professional to join the team at Whiteoak Ford Lincoln. In this role, you will be the bridge between our database and our sales floor by using data mining tools like AutoAlert to find customer equity and lease-maturity opportunities, then reaching out to book appointments. Just to be clear: you aren't actually selling cars here. Your main job is analyzing portfolio data, talking to existing clients on the phone, and setting up high-quality appointments for the sales team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Digging into customer data using AutoAlert to spot trade-up and equity opportunities
- Calling and emailing past clients to introduce upgrade options and get them booked in
- Teaming up with the sales managers and reps to make sure daily targets and strategies run smoothly
- Staying up to date on leasing, financing, and dealership sales processes so you can answer client questions
- Keeping detailed records of your outreach, appointments, and client interactions while keeping customer satisfaction high What We're Looking For:
- A valid OMVIC license
- Around 2 years of automotive experience, ideally in a BDC(Business Development Department), equity mining, or upgrade role
- Comfortable navigating AutoAlert and other dealership software, plus solid general computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Great phone manners and a natural ability to talk to people easily
