Job Summary The supervisor, security guards coordinates daily security coverage, guides guard teams, and supports consistent, skilled site operations. This role oversees surveillance and loss prevention activities, helps address incidents, and promotes clear communication so colleagues and the people they serve can respond confidently to security concerns. Responsibilities
- Assign posts, coordinate shift coverage, and brief security guards on site procedures and priorities.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Monitor patrols and CCTV activity, review observations, and ensure incidents are documented and escalated appropriately.
- Coach guards on professional conduct, communication, and consistent application of security procedures.
- Identify potential loss prevention concerns, coordinate appropriate responses,



and share relevant updates with site colleagues.

Requirements Required: Practical leadership, clear communication, sound judgment, accurate incident documentation, and the ability to coordinate guard coverage and respond appropriately to security concerns. Preferred: Experience or familiarity with law enforcement, surveillance, loss prevention, or CCTV operations, along with strengths in coaching teams, observing activity, and sharing timely updates. Pay: $22.95 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week Work
