This is a contract opportunity for our client. Please see details below This role requires a solid blend of business process knowledge, SAP data expertise, and stakeholder communication skills. The consultant will work closely with project leadership, business stakeholders, and functional teams while reporting into the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead Data Governance and Data Management activities across the SAP IBP program.
- Establish data ownership, stewardship, and governance processes.
- Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and remediation planning.
- Develop data quality controls, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead master data workstreams and support data readiness activities.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to define data standards, business rules, and governance requirements.
- Analyze and understand SAP data structures across Planning, Finance, and HR domains.
- Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities as required.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate governance requirements to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to improve data quality, consistency, and overall data management maturity.



Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Master Data Management initiatives.
- Hands-on experience establishing and implementing Data Governance frameworks.
- Strong experience with:
- Data Governance
- Data Quality Management
- Data Profiling
- Master Data Management
- Experience leading or supporting master data workstreams within ERP or SAP projects.
- Understanding of SAP data structures and business processes.
- Exposure to Planning, Finance, and/or HR data domains.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to operate in both business and technical environments. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP IBP implementations.
- Prior experience in ERP transformation or data migration programs.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams during solution design and implementation phases.
