Company Overview Deluxe Dry Cleaners is a family-owned and operated small business and Metro’s only GreenEarth Cleaner Summary As a Customer Service Representative/Laundry Attendant, you’ll assist customers at our counter and any phone in inquiries. You will be responsible for checking and the drycleaning orders and operating our POS and Computer system to complete sales. (Training on-site is provided to the hired applicant). You will perform the daily sales inputs and contract write ups. Additionally, you will help care for garments through laundry and cleaning services. Such as; organizing, cleaning, listing, folding and/or packing garments. Your impact: attentive service and careful garment handling help customers feel confident their clothing is in good hands. This is a Part time to Full time Position with opportunity to grow within our Business Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with their dry-cleaning and laundry needs.
- Receive garments and handle them carefully throughout the service process.
- Support laundry and cleaning tasks.
- Keep the customer service and work areas clean and orderly.
- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers to support smooth service.
