- Engage with customers via phone and in person to provide outstanding support and assistance
- Promote products and services proactively to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist clients with inquiries, order processing, data entry, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Microsoft Office tools and other CRM systems
- Support credit card processing procedures when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions




- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Ability to perform outbound calling campaigns with confidence and persistence
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Previous experience in credit card processing, typing accuracy, and customer service roles is desirable
