- Capital Windows and Snow Inc. is looking to hire 1
- 3 reliable and experienced Snow Removal Drivers / Laborers for the 2026–2027 winter season. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who is comfortable driving a company vehicle in winter conditions while assisting with residential and commercial snow removal services throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas. This is a driving position. Applicants must meet our company vehicle and insurance requirements to be considered. Preference will be given to applicants residing in South Edmonton due to our operational routes and early morning start times. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to travel between assigned snow removal sites.
- Transport crew members, snow removal equipment, and supplies between properties.
- Follow designated snow removal routes and schedules.
- Perform snow removal at residential and commercial properties.
- Transparent driveways, sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas.
- Operate snow blowers, shovels, and other snow removal equipment.
- Monitor assigned jobs and schedules through Jobber.
- Complete required daily safety documentation and vehicle inspections.
- Follow all company safety policies and winter driving procedures.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition.
- Work efficiently with assigned crew members to complete scheduled routes. Requirements
- Valid driver's licence – REQUIRED.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience – REQUIRED.




- Minimum 3 years of continuous automobile insurance history – REQUIRED for company vehicle insurance eligibility.
- Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements and have an acceptable driving record.
- Must be comfortable and experienced driving in Edmonton winter conditions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and available when snowfall occurs.
- Physically capable of performing outdoor snow removal labour in winter conditions.
- Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and statutory holidays when required.
- Ability to follow directions, navigate assigned routes, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous snow removal, landscaping, or commercial driving experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with Edmonton and surrounding areas is an asset. Applicants residing in South Edmonton are strongly encouraged to apply. Hours & Compensation - Typical Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Actual working days and hours will vary depending on snowfall, weather conditions, and operational requirements. Seasonal Compensation:
- $1,800.00 monthly salary covering up to 90 hours per monthly salary period.
- Additional hours beyond 90 hours paid at $20.00/hour, subject to applicable employment standards and overtime requirements.
- Biweekly payroll.
- Seasonal salary period: November 15, 2026 – March 15, 2027.




- Work performed outside the seasonal salary period paid at $20.00/hour, subject to applicable employment standards.
