Adams Chevrolet Buick GMC in Wetaskiwin is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
We're looking for someone who understands the Pre-Owned vehicle business, knows how to build and manage inventory, and has the leadership skills to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of our Pre-Owned vehicle department.
- Actively source, appraise, and acquire quality used vehicle inventory.
- Manage inventory levels, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle turn.
- Maximize sales volume and gross profit while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Lead, coach, and motivate our sales team to achieve results.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in pre-owned vehicles.
- Strong vehicle appraisal, inventory management, and market pricing skills.




- A solid understanding of dealership profitability and used vehicle operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A hands-on manager who leads by example and isn't afraid to get involved.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to results.
