ob Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8–20 years of experience in managing and delivering projects across various business and technology domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards are met. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from initiation through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues, dependencies, and challenges.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery practices.



Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8–20 years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects across multiple teams and business functions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
