Job Overview As a Dishwasher, you’ll help keep kitchen operations clean, organized, and ready for service. You’ll work alongside kitchen and service colleagues to support a smooth, welcoming experience for guests. Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and food preparation equipment using secure handling practices.
- Keep dishwashing areas, sinks, floors, and storage spaces clean and orderly throughout each shift.
- Sort and put away clean items, replenish supplies, and notify colleagues when equipment or cleaning materials need attention.
- Assist with basic food preparation, cooking support, serving, or other food service tasks as directed, following kitchen procedures. Qualifications Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow food handling and sanitation procedures while keeping pace in a busy kitchen. Preferred: Restaurant, kitchen, food preparation, cooking, food service, serving, hospitality, or hotel experience; familiarity with dishwashing equipment is also helpful.
