- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Requirements
- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing register operations.
