About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, live on-site Maintenance Manager brand-current 300+ unit luxury apartment community in Amber Trails. This role is ideal for a skilled, maintenance-focused professional capable of handling post-construction finishing touch-ups, routine mechanical/building upkeep, on-site snow removal, and day-to-day tenant operations in a modern new-build environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance & Building Upkeep: Perform post-construction touch-ups (finishing carpentry, drywall, paint), routine repairs (plumbing, light electrical, fixture installs), and seasonal groundskeeping.
- Grounds maintenance: Manage and perform prompt on-site snow clearing, salting, and ice management for walkways, entrances, and key common areas.
- Property Operations: Oversee waste management, building systems, life/fire safety systems.
- Contractor coordination: Work with external contractors for annual maintenance items. Requirements
- Proven experience in residential building maintenance or skilled trades.




- Hands-on proficiency in plumbing, light electrical, drywall, finishing carpentry, and general repairs.
- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work, heavy lifting, waste bin handling, and seasonal snow removal/clearing.
- Clear Criminal Record Check, satisfactory Credit Check, and good standing with the RTB.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and self-motivation.
