Key Responsibilities
*Shipment Management:

- Ensure that international shipments are processed and tracked in accordance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with international agents and associates to guarantee the secure and timely delivery of shipments.
- Proactively address potential delays or issues, monitor shipment progress, and keep customers informed.
- Maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness by optimizing delivery routes and schedules. *Customer Service:

- Offer exceptional customer service by promptly updating customers on the status of their shipments, resolving complaints, and responding to inquiries.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with consumers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify and address customer requirements in a proactive manner to improve satisfaction. *Documentation and Compliance:

- Generate and execute shipping documents, such as invoices, packing orders, and customs declarations.
- Guarantee adherence to all pertinent international commerce regulations and laws.
- Ensure that consumer interactions and shipments are accurately documented. Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable position within the logistics or express delivery sector, with an emphasis on international shipments.
- Strong comprehension of shipping documentation, customs regulations, and international commerce.
- Customs Broker License as a outstanding plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
