Aylmer Express Graphics Group is a locally owned and operated commercial printer and publisher with a proud history of quality, service and community focus. We are seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator to primarily support shipping and receiving operations, with occasional assistance in bindery and production. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in accuracy, works well with others and can manage competing priorities in a busy production environment. Duties
- Prepare orders for shipment, including packing, labelling and coordinating outgoing deliveries
- Receive incoming materials, verify shipments and identify discrepancies
- Organize and prioritize outgoing orders to meet shipping deadlines, with the direction of the production manager
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Identify and troubleshoot shipping, receiving or production issues, working with team members to resolve them
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
- Assist with bindery and finishing operations, including folding, collating, packaging and general production support
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support team members and assist with general shop duties as needed Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and commitment to quality
- Practical problem-solving skills, initiative and the ability to identify and address issues




- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer and math skills
- Reliable, adaptable and willing to learn
- Experience in print, shipping/receiving, logistics or a production environment is an asset
