Not required Job Summary This Business Systems Analyst role supports a web-based Easy Apply application, focusing on upgrades and enhancements within an 8-person team. The contractor will engage in approximately 2–3 hours of meetings per day on average, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. The contractor will not have access to any customer data. This is a high-visibility role offering significant opportunity to network and grow within the organization, with exposure to upcoming projects, initiatives, and work within AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Easy Apply web-based application through upgrades and enhancements
- Perform typical day-to-day Business Systems Analyst responsibilities within an 8-person team
- Participate in meetings averaging 2–3 hours per day
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Shadow and receive knowledge transfer from a current BSA during the onboarding and training period Required Skills
- 5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- 3 years of web application experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Skills
- Banking or financial institution experience
- Prior TD experience
- SAFe Agile experience
- CoPilot experience
- Agile certifications
- SQL for querying Education Requirements




- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Agile certifications are an asset Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of overall Business Systems Analyst experience
- Minimum 3 years of web application experience in a BSA capacity Nice-to-Have Experience
- Background in banking or financial institutions
- Prior experience working with TD Work Environment / Physical Requirements
