We're looking for a skilled, experienced line cook who thrives under pressure, works with urgency, and knows how to keep the kitchen running smoothly when the orders don't stop coming We're a high-volume, fast-paced, fry-heavy sports bar and grill. Our kitchen gets BUSY, and we need someone who can keep up without sacrificing quality, accuracy, AND consistency. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Proven line cook experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant or pub kitchen Speed AND accuracy — fast ticket times mean nothing if orders are wrong Solid fryer experience — comfortable managing multiple fryers, timing orders, and handling heavy rushes Exceptional multitasking skills — manage multiple tickets and stations without getting overwhelmed Organization and efficiency — clean station, stocked supplies, proper prep, and excellent time management Consistency and attention to detail — every plate should meet our standards, even during peak hours Teamwork and communication — communicate clearly, support your teammates, and keep service flowing Reliability and accountability — show up ready to work, take initiative,



and take pride in your performance THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You're the kind of cook who sees 20 tickets come in and gets focused, not flustered. You know how to prioritize, work clean, anticipate what's next, and get food out quickly and correctly. EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. This position requires someone who can confidently step into a demanding kitchen environment. Previous high-volume pub, sports bar, or similar restaurant experience is strongly preferred. Professional references are required. Candidates must be able to provide references who can speak to their kitchen experience, reliability, speed, and performance.
