Pack-Smart is seeking a skilled CNC & Manual Machinist to manufacture precision components for advanced automation systems. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. What you will deliver
- Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to produce high-precision components.
- Perform manual milling, turning, and complex machining operations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tight tolerances.
- Verify dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining challenges and optimize processes for quality and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement while maintaining equipment and a safe, organized workplace. What you will bring
- Proven experience in CNC programming, setup and operation.
- Robust manual milling and turning skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and tolerances.
- Experience in quality inspection and measurement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
